Procurement of hotel accommodation in the Norrland region with standard over 2 stars according to Hotelstars Union. All tenders that meet the required requirements will be adopted.

In case of cancellation/booking, the Authority shall have the right to cancel/book its accommodation according to the specified distribution keys:

— Proximity to the visitor object i.e. conference, meeting room and more,

— Proximity to public means of communication and/or transport and connection

— Price

—Access at the date of visit

— Environment and/or accessibility reasons
