The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste in an estimated average monthly quantity of 450 tons (contract term – 12 months) from all inhabited properties, and real estate on which there are cottages and other recreational and recreational properties in the municipality of Sulejów, excluding the area including summer cottages, the so-called JOR – POLANA and the collection and management of the entire amount of municipal waste, handed over by the owners of inhabited real estate and real estate on which there are summer houses and other recreational and leisure properties in the municipality of Sulejów to PSZOK. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. According to SWZ

The Contracting Authority provides for the requirements indicated in Article 95(1) in the scope of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the activities referred to in point 3.7.SWZ in the scope of contract performance. Bearing in mind the content of Article 68a of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 110, as amended), the contracting authority informs that the minimum shares of low- and zero-emission vehicles in the total number of vehicles covered by the orders also include vehicles used in waste disposal services (CPV code 90511000-2), which results directly from the content of Article 68 b point 3 of the above-cited Act. Pursuant to Article 4(3) of the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1062), the Ordering Party has provided for conditions to ensure accessibility for persons with special needs - in accordance with SWZ.
