The subject of the Order is a service consisting in the operation of technological facilities - sewage pumping station, sewage compressor station, lifting points, BTS station (emission-free sewage transport) and a discharge sewage network in the catchment area of the Mosina municipality.

The Contractor is obliged to ensure continuous and reliable operation of the sewage pumping station, sewage compressor station, lifting points, BTS station, and the discharge sewer network on the section from the sewage pumping station, sewage compressor station, lifting point to the expansion well. The operation of the above-mentioned sewage system is understood as the obligations and activities arising from this OPZ.

1. The scope of sewage equipment in operation in the Municipality of Mosina includes:

1.1. 37 pcs. technological facilities. The list of technological facilities is attached as Annex 6 to the OPZ,

1.2. 29199,32 m of discharge sewer network. Discharge pipeline lengths for

individual technological facilities are defined in Annex 6 to the OPZ.
