The Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ) wants to enter into a contract with a test manager for a development project. The requirement is based on agreed deliveries of financial services from DFØ to a large client with requirements for adapted services. The deliveries to the client are organised in a project that is currently in the implementation phase. The development part of the project is well underway, and shall in accordance with the plan mainly be concluded during spring 2020. The development part of the project is proceeding and must in accordance with the plan basically be concluded during spring autumn 2019 and spring 2020.
