Description:

Part 1 A

On an annual basis, monitoring and reporting on the health, resilience and capability of Ambulance Personnel who are required to operate within high threat/risk situations as identified by the National Ambulance Resilience Unit.

Provide users in NARU and the Ambulance Services with an integrated web-based platform that enables all services to share information and learning critical outcomes / experiences with each other. The system should be capable of providing NARU and the Ambulance Services with the following applications that can be continuously tailored to suit requirements

PART 2: To provide the following bespoke services to NARU when required

Provide NARU with data collection and/or research services to support the collection of evidence to answer specific research questions and/or evaluate the impact of specific interventions in line with NARU strategic objectives.



The provider is required to have a flexible approach to the requirements of NARU and to work on projects as they arise as well as ongoing agreed work in line with this specification, over a pre-determined number of days per calendar month.

This specification is divided into two parts. Part 1A&B is for the provision of a continuous (e.g. daily, annual) service. Part 2 is for the provision of bespoke research services commissioned from the chosen supplier as and when required

— Part 1B — Provide users in NARU and the Ambulance Services with an integrated web-based platform that enables all services to share information and learning critical outcomes / experiences with each other. The system should be capable of providing NARU and the Ambulance Services with the following applications that can be continuously tailored to suit requirements

— Part 2 — Provide NARU with data collection and/or research services to support the collection of evidence to answer specific research questions and/or evaluate the impact of specific interventions in line with NARU strategic objectives.

The successful provider will need to demonstrate they have effective business continuity arrangements in place to maintain the integrity of the information. They should also demonstrate the same arrangements for continuous service delivery specifically in relation to Part 1B of the specification
