Reception, integration and protection service aimed at holders of international protection within the territorial project of the Province of Lucca adhering to the reception and integration system (SAI).

The Province of Lucca is the owner of the SAI 775 - PR3 Project (approved and financed by the Ministry of the Interior with Ministerial Decree no. 37847 of 13/10/2022), which provides for the provision of 50 ordinary reception places for holders of international protection on the provincial territory. The project is funded by the Ministry of the Interior and provides that the local authorities belonging to the SAI network can entrust third parties with the task of providing the services provided by the project to an external implementing body; This reliance is the subject of the contract.

The procedure is reserved for third sector subjects referred to in art. 2 of DPCM 30/03/2001 n. 15241 (in OJ 14/08/2001 n. 188) in possession of the requirements of Art. 143 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

Integrated reception means the implementation of basic material interventions (board and lodging), together with services aimed at supporting social inclusion paths, functional to the reconquest of individual autonomy. Specifically, the contract includes the following services, as better detailed and described in the attached Special Tender Specifications:

B) Integration services

C) Guardianship services

D) Database

The managing body has the obligation to provide for the preparation of reports, monitoring and reporting sheets of the services rendered which, together with the original supporting documents of the expenses, will remain deposited in the acts of the managing body in accordance with the provisions of Articles. 25 and 39 of DM 10/08/2016.
