Mixed supply contract (main service) and services (ancillary service): supply, with related installation and configuration activities, and subsequent three-year ordinary maintenance of 34 (thirty-four) self-boarding equipment, including activation and connection test with the current Sita Common User system in operation in Fiumicino.

Mixed supply and service contract:

On-site supply ('main service') of 34 self-boarding equipment, to be installed at the boarding gates of Pier B of Fiumicino 'L. da Vinci' airport.

Subsequently, three-year maintenance service ("secondary service") of the 34 self-boarding machines.

The contract value, net of options, is EUR 727 152.62 as follows:

a) EUR 545,400.42 'tailor-made' for the supply of the 34 self-boarding machines;

(b) EUR 120,000.00 per body for the three-year maintenance service;

(c) EUR 60 000.00 'tailor-made' for unforeseen activities;

(d) EUR 1,752.20 'to measure' amount for security charges from DUVRI.

The estimated amounts referred to in points II.1.5) and II.2.6) and the duration referred to in point II.2.7) refer to the possible full use of the options referred to in point II.2.11 below, both of further supplies and of extension of the maintenance service; In particular, the duration consists of: 5 months for the main service and 60 months (of which 24 maximum optional) for the secondary service.

The total estimated value of € 1,245,623.22 is calculated with reference to a five-year duration, due to the exercise of the right of extension.

The award will be made according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender.

The contract consists of a single lot as it is necessary to ensure uniformity and perfect integration between the various services covered by the contract.
