For office automation we use products and services from Microsoft. The rights of use for these products and services are done through licenses, which are purchased via a three-yearly Enterprise Subscription Agreement (ESA). Our current agreement runs until December 31, 2023. The municipality wants to continue using Microsoft products after this period, and also wants to continue with the conditions stipulated by the VNG with regard to Microsoft contracts.
