1. The subject of the contract is the design, construction, delivery and implementation of the IT system expansion called Telecommunications Information Point and provision of support services, data collection and development assistance.

2. A detailed description and requirements for the implementation of the subject of the contract are included in the contract, annexes to the contract and OPZ.

1. The subject of the order is:

1) implementation by the Contractor of the expansion of the IT system called Telecommunication Information Point, as a result of which the Purchaser will be made, delivered, implemented, installed, fed with data, integrated, tested and launched an extensive system;

2) providing the Employer with a guarantee for the extended system referred to in Article 10 of the contract, under which the Contractor will be required to perform the services specified in the contract, including in Annex 5 to the contract - Rules for the implementation of guarantees, support services and assistance in collecting data ;

3) providing support services;

4) providing assistance in collecting data;

5) rendering development services with a maximum of not less than 1,000 man-hours,

6) implementation of the data model (order covered by the option right);

7) performance of other Contractor's services described in the contract.

2. As part of the system development, the Contractor shall in particular:

1) perform a pre-implementation analysis;

2) design, build and implement system expansion compatible and integrated with PIT and in accordance with the Employer's requirements set out in OPZ, the contract and pre-implementation analysis using the Employer's infrastructure, Open Source software and dedicated software;

3) provide Open Source software and make the necessary parameterization, configuration or other changes to meet the contract requirements and ensure the proper operation of the extended system;

4) make dedicated software;

5) install the software on the Employer's infrastructure;

6) test and launch an extensive system;

7) make and provide the Employer with documentation and source code;

8) prepares, organizes and conducts instructions for users and administrators of the extended system;

9) transfer to the Employer proprietary rights to the Dedicated Software and dedicated materials, and make other regulations regarding intellectual property rights;

10) provide appropriate licenses, including licenses for Open Source software;

11) perform other services described in the contract.
