The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of real estate inhabited on the terna of the municipality Radzanowo, including:

1) collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the Radzanowo Commune, where residents live,

2) collection and management of municipal waste transferred by the residents of the Radzanowo Commune to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Woźniki (PSZOK Woźniki),

in a way that ensures the achievement of recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and the currently applicable implementing acts to this Act.

The subject of the contract is the performance of a task called: "Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Radzanowo Municipality". The scope of the subject of the contract, including the Contractor's obligations, are described in detail in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ, including a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the draft contract. The basis for determining the amount of remuneration due to the Contractor will be the rate for 1 Mg of collected and managed individual types of municipal waste
