The joint stock company Fagne AS (org.no. 915 635 857 and hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) invites contractors (hereinafter referred to as tenderers) to submit tender offers in a main competition for parallel framework agreements for the for the execution of machine contractor services and related services, including in connection with ditch digging,
construction work in connection with power lines, planning work, construction work and accompanying work in connection with pipelines, cables and cable laying work.
The competition will lead to the commencement of parallel framework agreements with seven (7) contractors within each of the six (6) geographical zones specified in point 1.5 below, provided, however, that there is a sufficient number of valid offers in connection with the individual geographical zone. Each geographical zone makes up a "lot" in the sense of public procurement law.
The contracting authority has an ongoing need for machine contractor services within its concession area. These include, but are not limited to, work such as ditch excavation, laying conduits and low and high voltage cables in ditches, assembly of prefabricated concrete foundations, setting up earthing and stay masts, pigging/blasting, asphalting, etc.
