The contract is subdivided into the following lots:
- lot 1: "technical maintenance, repair, repair and installation of individual installations for heating and hot water",
- lot 2: “technical maintenance, repair and repair of collective installations for heating and hot water; heat pumps (heating and cooling) ”.
Lot 1: maintenance and repair of individual installations. This includes:
- individual boiler,
- solar water heaters and storage vessels,
- sanitary hot water facilities,
- radiators,
- room thermostat / temperature control.
Lot 2: maintenance and repair of collective installations. This includes:
- collective boiler,
- solar water heaters and storage vessels,
- sanitary hot water facilities (satellite boilers, plate heat exchangers),
- radiators,
- heat pumps (air / air; both heating and cooling),
- air group,
