The Waste Management Association North Swabia (AWV) intends to award planning services for the construction of a new recycling yard in Nördlingen.

In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, a brief information on the project, the key performance points of the advertised service and the processing of the Award procedure according to VgV available for download. The brief information is also accompanied by forms for the application to participate, which must be used by applicants in the context of the participation competition. After the completion of the participation competition, the applicants selected in the participation competition will be provided with a detailed job description.

In connection with the recycling centre to be built (including access and traffic areas), the following facilities are expected to be built:

— 2-sided closed hall with 4 000 m2

— Lowered containers,

— Covered delivery area (including office, lounge, meeting room and sanitary facilities),

— green collection point (4 sections of approx. 800 m2each),

— green composting,

— Warehouse compost.

In particular, the planning contract includes the following planning services in accordance with HOAI:

— Section 43 of the Court of Civil Engineering,

— § 47 HOAI transport facilities,

— § 51 HOAI Structural Design,

— § 55 HOAI Technical Building Equipment.

In addition, the commissioning of special services in accordance with § 43/47/55 HOAI is envisaged. This applies in particular to the following services:

— Review and values of ancillary offers, LPH 7,

— Checking addendings, LPH 8

In addition, as part of these plans (if necessary), services of local construction supervision may be awarded.

Planning performance shall begin immediately after the award of the contract. The preliminary planning should be completed within four weeks of commissioning.
