"MODERNIZATION OF OIL SYSTEMS OF THE TURBOSET OF UNIT NO. 7"
- The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Part II of the SWZ.
The subject of the contract includes, among others:
Sealing oil system.
Repair or replacement of damaged elements of vacuum aggregates PV1, PV2 and fume fan WG3, restoration of full functional properties.
Replacement of diaphragms on Samson control valves to set the differential pressure on the sealing oil system. Ensuring the tightness of the valves.
Overview of PG pumps. Repair or replacement of damaged components. Restoration of functional properties.
UDT on hydrogen flow tanks and filters on the sealing oil station.
Cleaning of CG plate oil coolers. Replacement of gaskets.
Inspection of fittings on the oil and water side. Repair or replacement of damaged components.
Lubricating, control and leverage oil system.
Inspection of oil system fittings, replacement of damaged elements.
Rinsing of lubricating, regulating and sealing oil systems (including the final flushing with filters in front of each bearing – filters are provided by the Ordering Party and their cleaning is within the contractor's scope). Rinsing should be turbulent with a high flow rate (oil flow rates of not less than 3.0 m/s on all supply pipelines). Acceptance criterion: after the rinsing process, the oil purity class min -/15/12 according to ISO 4406 is achieved while there are no impurities greater than 100 μm in the tested oil sample. Shunt oil filtering in the main oil tank (RFQ) and in the sealing oil tank during the commissioning phase of the stationary pumps of the oil system. Acceptance criterion: after the filtering process, the oil purity class according to ISO 4406 minimum -/15/ is achieved, while there are no impurities greater than 100 μm in the tested oil sample. Cartridges on the FOB stationary filter for the time of final rinsing are provided by the Contractor.
Cleaning and inspection of the oil tank ZO (lubricating oil) and sieves - replacement of damaged nets.
Replacement of PO, PB, PP, POB, POR1, 2, POB (regulatory oil) and NL1, 2, 3 pumps with replacement of damaged elements. Restoration of the nominal parameters of the device. Replacement of blisters and hydro adjustment of batteries at the POR station. Delivery and replacement of solenoid valve max 09-type Parker DIVW20BNIP75.
The renovation of pumps includes, among others, the following activities:
- PT, VT tests of pump bars 200WO7x8 (for cracks)
- delivery and replacement of damaged steering wheels of the 200WO7x8 pump (if necessary – delivery on the part of the Ordering Party)
- delivery and replacement of damaged impellers of the 200WO7x8 pump (if necessary – delivery on the part of the Ordering Party)
- Replacement of sealing rings (hydraulic) pumps
- delivery and replacement of the damaged pump shaft 200WO7x8 (if necessary – delivery on the part of the Ordering Party)
- Testing the tightness of the 200WO7x8 pump after renovation
Cleaning of CO1-3 coolers water and oil side. Inspection of fittings on the water and oil side along with the replacement of the necessary elements. Replacement of throttle shifters In the case of replacing entire throttles with new ones, delivery with new control actuators of the ZPUA or Auma type. UDT on CO1-3 coolers and. Replenishment of possible cavities and anti-corrosion protection on the bottoms of CO1-3 sieve coolers. Inspection of the overflow valve for the ZO tank, Inspection and cleaning of oil teats along with inspection and measurement of nozzle diameters.
Repair (washing, degreasing, painting) of about 30 m2 of the floor in the bath in the area of the ZOS sewage oil tank and centrifuge.
Regeneration of water chambers of CO coolers (sandblasting, filling cavities, derivation of division planes, anti-corrosion).
Overview of WG1, 2 fans with motors. Replacement of damaged elements.
Tightness control of oil systems, removal of leaks.
Inspection and cleaning of the ZOS sewage oil tank.
