On January 1, 2022, the city of Lehrte will offer lunch meals from up to 900 lunches daily at the 12 city daycare centers (daycare centres) for children aged 1 - 6 years. A family center is expected to be added in the 2nd quarter of 2024, which is currently under planning.

Depending on the catering system offered, lunch can be prepared/regenerated. The processing equipment required for this (combi steamer, provided that the nursery has appropriate connections and/or convection machines) or required warming devices must be provided. The maintenance and repair of these devices as well as the provision of basic equipment with accessories such as gastronorm containers for treatment are expected.

The events on site are to be recorded as part of a site inspection if necessary.

In the further selection process, a tasting of food from individual bidders is planned in order to check sensory expectations.
