The framework agreement offered includes the supply of food to all the departments of Ærø Municipality.

The application of the forthcoming Framework Agreement by each entity depends on the device to one each time the specific needs of food procurement.

The range of the Framework Agreement consists of the following overall categories:

Colonial

Poultry

Fish

Drinks

The framework agreement offered includes the supply of food to all the departments of Ærø Municipality.

Overall, in Ærø Municipality there are 37 potential departments which can order food under the agreement. Of the total number of departments, 12 departments today order or buy food.

The framework agreement offered does not include:

The purchase of kiosk products by the deer ferrymen, including but not limited to beer/water, sweets, etc.

Ærø Madservices procurement of raw materials for the production of food for visiting elderly residents of Ærø Municipality and other supplies of food to the ferries operated by Ærø Municipality,

Food for other devices such as meeting care,

Coffee for coffee vending machines.

The annual total turnover is estimated at DKK 4 million excluding VAT with a total estimated turnover of DKK 16 million. Volume is exclusively indicative and relies on historical figures, which is why they cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed future revenue size.

Contracting entities have chosen not to offer separate subagreements based on the following:

It is estimated that an overall Framework Agreement can help achieve more favourable prices.

It is considered that there is a correlation between the food offered that makes it most appropriate for the Framework Agreement to be carried out by the same supplier.
