The subject of the contract is the modernization and expansion of the storage system used in the Supreme Court, including: - expansion by 4 more controllers of the already owned two controllers of the storage virtualizer used by the Ordering Party, - extension of the storage space cluster of the Ordering Party by two disk arrays working in a cluster with the arrays already used by the Ordering Party, - installation and implementation works, - preparation of documentation as-built, - training of employees, - provision of service services - in accordance with the provisions of §4 Terms of warranty and service of the draft provisions of the contract. The offered equipment must meet the minimum requirements contained in the description of the subject of the order – the product form, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.5.1. Delivery period: delivery up to 45 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than by 7 December 2022; service of providing the service for 60 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol
