The acquisition concerns the new hospital building, Ratamokeskus, to be built in the area of Kouvola. The project involves the construction of a hospital building as a new building. The construction work is divided into two (2) phases. This call for tenders is for tendering for works in phase 2 (building contract). The purchase is carried out in the form of a total contract for a total price.

This call for tenders is for tendering for works in phase 2 (building contract). The size of the future building is approximately 21,000 brm 2 , 10,500mm 2 and a volume of about 95,000 m 3 .

Phase 2 works are executed according to the plans commissioned by the client as a single contract with the contractor in direct contractual relationship with the client. The contractor selected will act as the main contractor for Phase 2 and as the main contractor for Phase 2, with all the resulting obligations.
