The subject of this public procurement procedure is the service (for the needs of the Provincial Hospital Complex in Elbląg) of compulsory civil liability insurance of an entity performing medical activity, voluntary civil liability insurance for owned property and the activity of a health care institution, property insurance in the ALLRRISKS system (property insurance against fire and other fortuitous events, insurance against theft with burglary and robbery, insurance of windows against breakage), insurance of vehicles of the Provincial Hospital Complex in the field of OC, AC and accident Drivers and passengers.

Package No. 1 - Compulsory civil liability insurance of an entity performing medical activity in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 April 2019 on compulsory civil liability insurance of an entity performing medical activity (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 866) and voluntary civil liability insurance for owned property and the activity of a health care institution.
