Description:
Delivery of ALL Flash disk array for the Faculty of Computer Science ZUT

The subject of this order is the delivery of a brand new, free from legal and physical defects ALL Flash disk array (mass space) for the Faculty of Computer Science of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. All technical, functional and service requirements, or other types of properties expected by the Ordering Party are provided in detail by the SWZ. The term "SWZ" used in the announcement should be understood as the documents of this contract constituting the specification referred to in Article 133 of the Polish Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Law").

1. The scope of this order (delivery referred to in Section II.1.4) of the Announcement) includes a minimum of:

1) Sale and delivery to the Ordering Party of the offered EQUIPMENT in a place (hereinafter referred to as the "Place of Equipment Delivery"), which will be indicated by the Ordering Party the room of the Faculty of Computer Science of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, located at 52 Żołnierska Street in Szczecin (basement - it is required to bring equipment into the room);

2) Preparation for operation of the delivered EQUIPMENT at the Place of Delivery of the Equipment consisting in its appropriate installation (fitting, assembly, configuration, including IT configuration if necessary) and connection to the Fibre Channel infrastructure to the FSAN24B-6 switch (32Gb port), as well as performing the first test run to confirm (demonstrate) the correctness of operation (work) of the EQUIPMENT and confirm compliance required parameters/other properties for the EQUIPMENT;

3) Providing the Ordering Party with a license free from legal defects in relation to those elements of the EQUIPMENT which, pursuant to Appendix No. 2 SWZ, require the programming / other computer programs indicated therein. If the content of Appendix No. 2 SWZ does not provide otherwise in a specific case, the scope of the required license includes a full and indefinite license.

4) Granting the Ordering Party a guarantee for the offered, delivered and released EQUIPMENT to the Ordering Party, whereby it is required to provide a guarantee for EQUIPMENT for a period of not less than 60 months from the date of delivery of EQUIPMENT to the Ordering Party;

5) Issuing to the Ordering Party:

• Guarantee document for granting the Ordering Party the guarantee referred to above (to the extent resulting from the submitted offer),

• Instructions for use and correct operation (including possibly servicing and maintenance) of the EQUIPMENT (User Manual),

• Other documents, if they are necessary to use the EQUIPMENT or have been listed in Appendix No. 2 SWZ or the Model Agreement as documents to be issued to the Ordering Party at the stage of acceptance of the EQUIPMENT.

2. The scope of this order (supply) also includes an additional service requiring performance on the part of the Contractor as part of the performance of the Procurement Agreement, at the stage after the release of EQUIPMENT to the Ordering Party, consisting in removing defects and performing other services for the Ordering Party in connection with the guarantee granted for the offered and delivered EQUIPMENT and the Contractor's obligations resulting from the warranty for defects.

3. The Contractor ensures that the delivered EQUIPMENT is made of brand new components/subassemblies, complete and operational, has no physical and legal defects and has been placed on the market in accordance with legal acts implementing the New Approach Directives, which is confirmed by the CE marking (if applicable), in accordance with the Act of 30 August 2002 on the conformity assessment system and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 2 June 2016 on the requirements for ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 806).

4. The scope and manner of performance of the services related to this order, including the method of calculating the term of the guarantee granted, set out in 1 point 4) above, is specified in the Model Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of Section XIX paragraph 1 of the SWZ.
