1) The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of the furnishings of 25 hearing rooms, hereinafter referred to as “Furniture”, to the newly built building of the Częstochowa District Court in Częstochowa at 80/90 Św. Rocha Street. Furniture offered must be factory new and unused, come from current production. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of Furniture.
2) The scope of the order includes:
a) Development of a workshop project of furniture. The workshop project is subject to agreement with the Architect conducting authorial supervision and with the Contracting Authority.
b) Manufacture of furniture according to approved/accepted workshop project and delivery to the building of the Częstochowa District Court, located in Częstochowa at 80/90 Św. Rocha Street, with unloading, bringing to the destination, according to the project documentation in the scope of arrangement of the equipment of the premises, as well as installation.

By assembly it is necessary to mean the installation of complete and ready-to-use Furniture taking into account their adaptation to the premises in which they will be used and to the elements located in these rooms.
The execution of the workshop project and the manufacture and assembly of the Furniture will be preceded by taking appropriate measurements “inherently” at the expense of the Contractor and submitting and obtaining acceptance of materials, in order to obtain full acceptance of the workshop project by the author's supervision
and the Ordering Party and exemption for production.

5) Description of the item of the order.
(a) a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided by Annexes No 1 and No 1.1. to the SWZ;
Annex 1.1. constitute elements of the project documentation of the investment task entitled “Construction of the Częstochowa District Court building in Częstochowa (Częstochowa District Court) in Częstochowa at 80/90 Św. Rocha Street”, having the indications:
AW_ZE_10_02÷06 — Interior arrangement — floors 03÷07 (5 drawings);
AW_ZE_10_10 — Summary and details of court furniture;
b) In view of the need to harmonize the colour scheme of Furniture with acoustic wall cladding in the hearing rooms and with door joinery, the Ordering Party informs that these elements in the hearing rooms were made using above veneers:
The Contracting Authority informs that the elements in the hearing rooms were made using above materials:
wall cladding — natural veneer — natural oak - lubelski veneer (manufacturer of cladding: Unipanels); used veneer manufacturer: Lublin Veneer named: euro oak 0.55 mm frieze A
door joinery (witness room, board room) — wing — laminate HPL 0,8 mm, Resopal 10622 60 Ebony;
edge — solid oak wood, colorless varnished;
door frame — laminate HPL 0,8 mm, Resopal 10622 60 Ebony.
door joinery (main entrance door to the hall) — used veneer manufacturer: Lublin Veneer named: euro oak 0.55 mm frieze A
The Contractor is obliged to include this information in the preparation of the quotation of the offer.
6) The Contractor, as part of the development of the Furniture workshop project, shall be obliged to submit a sample of veneers (minimum 3) to the Contracting Authority and the Architect supervising the authorial supervision (minimum 3), in order to select the most similar to veneers already existing in the hearing rooms, referred to in paragraph 1 point 5 (b) of that SWZ Chapter and then to make the so-called mock-up — a 1:1 scale of Furniture sample. The Ordering Party shall indicate that this sample shall be: a table for the parties. T7 (1 piece) and bench for ozn pages. T11F (1 piece). Based on a definitively accepted sample of veneer and furniture samples, the Contractor will develop a final workshop project, which he will submit for final acceptance.
The accepted samples of the Furniture will remain with the Ordering Party as a model for comparing the performance of the other pieces of furnishings.
