Purchase and maintenance of a specialty software in pathological anatomy and cytology.

The contract will be awarded in the form of a framework agreement, executed in part by the conclusion of “subsequent contracts” and partly through the issuance of purchase orders. Subsequent contract No. 1, concluded at the same time as the Framework Agreement will be broken down into two items:

— Item A: purchase of the software up to the date of signature of the VSR, including ancillary services and training in accordance with the provisions of the CCAP and the CCTP;

— item B: maintenance of the software, begins on the date of signature of the VSR + one year warranty, then over five years for services falling within the scope of this framework agreement and linked exclusively to the holder, other subsequent contracts may be concluded.
