— the carrying out of major maintenance work and renewal by full guarantee of the installations (P3).
Communities of Seine-et-Marne (77)The purpose of this contract is for heating, domestic hot water production, ventilation and air treatment installations in the buildings of the members of the control group, the following services:
— Lot 1: communities of Seine-et-Marne:
—— routine operation and maintenance of installations (P2);
—— the carrying out of major maintenance work and renewal by full guarantee of the facilities (P3);
—— the supply of equipment to replace obsolete equipment on purchase orders.
