The object of the purchase - payment card payment service. The object of purchase is divided into three parts of the purchase:

(1) 'part 1 of the purchase' means card payment service services for transactions carried out by post offices and couriers using integrated and mobile card readers;

(2) Part 2 of the purchase – card payment service services at self-service terminals – self-5000 terminals integrated in parcel lockers, which operate on the TETRA platform;

3) Part 3 of the purchase – payment card payment service in self-service terminals - parcel lockers integrated "IUN250" readers, which operate on the Telium2 platform.

Card payment service services for postal and courier transactions made by post offices and couriers using integrated and mobile card readers. The volumes of services indicated in the procurement documents are preliminary.
