Hammerfest havn [the Port of Hammerfest] wants tenders for a work vessel of a minimum 15 metres and maximum 14,99 metres, express and with a large work deck, crane, yardarm, bow port and heavy machinery. The vessel must have mono hulls and an aft wheelhouse as well as the necessary navigation equipment. The vessel must be a multi-use vessel and will be used for cargo transport, towing of smaller vessels (pull and push), maintenance of the port installations, rescue assignments and as emergency preparedness for oil-pollution service. The vessel must be built to Nordic boat standards for working boats and satisfy the Norwegian Maritime Authority's regulations on construction and inspections of smaller cargo ships, the oil spill regulation and vessels that carry 12 of fewer passengers. The vessel must be able to take a minimum of 6 passengers. Speed limit: small coastal navigation/5. The vessel must have positive buoyancy even with major hull damage.
