The contracts concluded on the basis of the present tender shall apply from 01 July 2022 to 30 June 2024. The contract is unterminable for the Bidder for the first 2 years. Extension during the option period assumes mutual acceptance.

Option Contracting entities have the option to further extend the contract under unchanged terms by 4 x 12 months for the period, thus the contract will run until end-June 2028, after which the contract expires without further notice
