The subject of the Order is:
- delivery of medical materials for cataract surgery by phacoemulsification with the lease of a compatible phacoemulsification apparatus (package no. 1),
- delivery of lenses (packages No. 1-4),
- creation of a lens deposit (packages No. 1-4),
- delivery of medical materials for posterior vitrectomy surgery (packages No. 5 - 14),
- lease of an apparatus for anterior vitrectomy, posterior vitrectomy and phacoemulsification with laser (package no. 15)
specified in Annexes 1 to 15 to the SWZ.
