The aim of the tender is to conclude an On Premises Fully Managed Security Service Contract (Managed Firewall) for the entire IT security environment with a contractor with overall responsibility.

Services up to the start of the contract (transition phase)

Þ Coordination meetings with the client

Þ Transfer of the already installed base of functional components (hardware, software, subscriptions) of the manufacturer "Fortinent Inc." at the determined residual value.

Þ Adoption of an existing managed service contract for the Town Hall site

Þ Create a detailed concept for the future IT security environment taking into account all described requirements

Þ Implement detailed concept and step-by-step transfer of the IT security environment to the managed firewall (e.g. deliveries, installations, configurations, etc.)

Þ Assume full operational responsibility by 01.02.2023 at the latest.

Services from the start of the contract for 60 months (Managed Firewall)

Provision and operation of a managed firewall at the contractor's locations over the entire term of the contract

Þ Email security

Þ Management of hardware and software and subscriptions

Þ Permanent monitoring

Þ Advice

Þ And all other ancillary services necessary for safe and economical operation

Benefits in the termination phase

Þ Provide a contact person

Þ Perform data migration

Þ Perform data deletion

Þ Dismantling of functional components
