This requirement is for the purchase of enteral feeds and associated products and services for patients registered within seven Hampshire CCGs and their secondary care providers; SIP feeds will also be required as part of the secondary care electronic catalogue. The Contract will include a mix of supply of products to secondary care providers, community trusts, home delivery (excluding SIPS unless part of a tube feed regimen) and company nurse services as detailed in each specification.
The requirement is split into 3 geographical Lots and bidders will be at liberty to Tender for 1 or more Lots.
