1) The subject of the order is:

a) providing the Ordering Party with the service of transport and transport of children to educational institutions – kindergartens and schools run in the Strzelno Commune, for which the Strzelno Commune is obliged to provide free transport, and additionally transport of students to sports facilities in the school years 2022/2023 and 2023/2024. – PART 1

b) performing for the Ordering Party the service of transport and transport of disabled children from the place of residence to the Special School and Educational Center for Mentally Handicapped Children and Youth named after Dr. Jakub Cieślewicz, at 10 Parkowa Street in Strzelno and back in the school years 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 – PART 2

2) The service will be performed in compliance with the safety conditions and requirements for the provision of transport services resulting from the provisions of generally applicable law and on the terms set out in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract under PART 1 is the provision to the Ordering Party of the service of transport and transport of children to educational institutions – kindergartens and schools run in the Strzelno Municipality, for which the Municipality of Strzelno is obliged to provide free transport, and additionally the transport of students to sports facilities in the school years 2022/2023 and 2023/2024. The service will be performed in compliance with the safety conditions and requirements for the provision of transport services resulting from the provisions of generally applicable law and on the terms set out in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
