Replacement of flow meter on transit pipeline DN 1600 mm in Bronisławów"Replacement of the flow meter on the DN 1600 mm transit pipeline in Bronisławów" – scope:
Installation of a stationary electromagnetic flow meter for measuring water flow with a measuring sensor with a diameter adapted to the maximum flow of approx. 2000 m3/h and in a disjoint version for the measuring transducer.
The technological and electrical system with a new flow meter must provide the possibility of potential disassembly of the device for periodic calibration and maintenance / repair of the device at an authorized service.
If it is necessary to build a new measuring chamber for the flow meter, which should be a sealed chamber, with an entrance and disassembly hatch, a system of gravitational supply and exhaust ventilation, it is necessary to equip the chamber with electrical installations: lighting, electric heater sockets, dehumidifier, signaling water leakage into the chamber and supplying the transducer itself. The chamber should be covered by an alarm installation connected to the system of the existing Intruder Alarms System (SSWiN), in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Security Department of ZWiK Sp. z o.o.

Design and implementation of a cathodic protection point, adapted to the current technical conditions and health and safety regulations as well as monitoring of emergency states of this system:
1) Replacement of the drainage pump internal space of the chamber, design and implementation of the control system and signaling its operation.
2) Making a drainage cabinet outside the chamber.
3) Replacement of existing switchboards outside the chamber with new ones.
4) Replacement of power, control and signaling cables and wires.
5) Replacement of the lighting system with luminaires.
6) Implementation of the system monitoring the operation of the cathodic protection system, pump control and signaling system, water level in the chamber, with data transmission of data on operating and emergency states to the Dąbrowa Department Dispatching Center and operating services (in locations indicated by ZWIK).
7) Install and run the software on the computer equipment indicated by the user.
8) Decommissioning of the existing cathodic protection system.
9) Dismantling unnecessary elements.
