Open tender procedure for the assignment of urban hygiene services to be performed in the Municipality of Corsico for 6 years. Assignment of the urban waste management service with reduced environmental impact in a life cycle perspective, in compliance with the technical specifications and contractual clauses contained in the minimum environmental criteria referred to in the Decree of the Minister of the Environment and Protection of the Territory and the Sea of 13/02/2014 (published in the Official Gazette no. 58 of 11/3/2014) as replaced with DM 23/06/2022 (published in OJ 182 of 05/08/2022) and the Sustainability Action Plan environmental consumption in the public administration sector (PAN GPP). The contract also contemplates the possible introduction, on an experimental basis, of the pay-as-you-throw tariff (TARIP) as per Ministerial Decree of the Ministry of the Environment of 20/04/2017.
