The delivery of printers and consumables is the responsibility of the contractor. Delivery takes place in the central warehouse of the LOC at Messe Berlin.

The return/collection of the equipment at the end of the rental/leasing period is the responsibility of the client and takes place on 30 June at the same location at Messe Berlin. All further information can be found in the tender documents.

The multifunction laser printers should have at least the following characteristics:

- A3 printing

- A4 printing

- Scan to folder

- Scan to Mail

- Scanning via USB

- Connectivity: WiFi + Ethernet + USB

- Resolution up to 1200 x 1200 dpi

- At least 2 paper trays (1 for A4 and 1 for A3) with a capacity of at least 500 pages

- Black/white and colour printing

- 1 black cartridge and 1 cartridge of each color should already be included in the MFP

The standalone laser printers (monochrome) should have at least the following specifications:

- Black and white printing

- A4 printing

- Connectivity: WiFi + Ethernet + USB

- Resolution 600 x 600 dpi

- At least 1 paper tray (A4) with a capacity of at least 200 pages

- 1 black cartridge should already be included in the printer

The standalone laser printers (colour) should have at least the following specifications:

- Black and white printing + colour printing

- A4 printing

- Connectivity: WiFi + Ethernet + USB

- Resolution 600 x 600 dpi

- At least 1 paper tray (A4) with a capacity of at least 200 pages

- 1 black cartridge and 1 cartridge for each color should already be included in the printer
