1. The object of the order is the development of project documentation together with the performance of the role of proprietary supervision during the implementation of the Investment. The Contracting Authority shall specify the following parts

Part 1 - for the property in Opole BC “Installation of central air conditioning with reconstruction of the electrical system and accompanying works in the FSUSR building in Opole at 51a Ozimska Street”,

Part 2 - for real estate in Białystok BC “Installation of central air conditioning together with reconstruction of the electrical system and accompanying works in the FSUSR building in Białystok at 18" Legionowa Street.

2. The property is owned by the Farmers Social Insurance Contribution Fund.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No 2a-2b to the PPU.

4. The Contractor shall ensure the proper implementation of the selected part of the design and construction, electrical and sanitary industries.
