The Pharmacology Department at Oslo University Hospital, SSE, shall procure one UHPLC-MS/MS-system that shall be used for quantitative analyses of anti-epileptic medicines in blood volumes of approx. 50 uL. All additional components that are necessary for the analysis equipment to be operative must be included in the procurement. The prioritised medicines are anti-epileptics, then anti-depressants and anti-psychotics. The estimated sample volume is approx. 25 000 per annum. The equipment shall be used for monitoring medicine levels in patients and it must, therefore, be able to be used for analyses with very good operational stability, selectivity, sensitivity, precision and linearity.
