The municipality of Penzing is planning to build a new kindergarten and club house in the Epfenhausen district.

A completed preliminary draft plan with cost estimate is available, which was approved on March 2019 and used by the funding authorities to apply for funding.

The planning services advertised comprise HOAI service phases 3-9 and are based on the completed preliminary design planning with regard to room sizes, group size and other key points relevant for funding.

In the preliminary design, the building is designed as a two-storey building without a basement, with two group rooms on the ground floor and two group rooms and the club house on the upper floor.

The gross floor area of the kindergarten is 780 m 2nd that of the clubhouse 791 m 2nd

In the design planning, the existing preliminary design planning is to be examined in alternatives of different building structures. At least one alternative is to be created as a structural separation of kindergarten and club house and one alternative is to set up the kindergarten at a different location than the existing building.

A gross budget of approx. EUR 3,850 million is earmarked for the new building as a KGR 200-700 total budget. The building is expected to go into operation in August 2022.
