Description:

Establish a framework of suppliers for the provision of a range of furniture products and solution contracts within the UK. The framework will cover, but is not limited to, the design, installation, deployment and delivery of office, education and residential based furniture. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 3 years from 1.3.2019, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public-sector bodies (including Charities) in the UK. Public sector bodies as outlined above who may wish to access this framework at some future date may approach the appointed organisation(s) and either call off or further compete their requirement. Please see attached synopsis for the full list of Public Sector Organisations that can access the framework.


Turnkey Solutions

Lot 1 covers the provision of a full turnkey furniture design, deliver and install solution. This will cover the products detailed within lots 2 to 8, along with any additional required innovative furniture solutions. The Lot 1 appointed supplier shall also be included within all further requirements, further competitions and direct appointments, against Lots 2 to 8 as detailed below.


Loose Office Furniture

The supply, delivery and deployment of loose furniture for use in an office environment.


Loose Classroom Furniture

The supply, delivery and deployment of loose furniture used within an education based establishment.


Residential Furniture

For the supply, delivery and deployment of furniture to be used in a residential setting, including and associated soft furnishings.


Dining and Cafe Furniture

The supply, delivery and deployment of furniture to be used in a dining or cafe based environment.


Library and Resource Furniture

For the supply, delivery and deployment of furniture used within a Library.


Fixed Classroom Furniture

For the supply, delivery and installation of fixed classroom furniture.


Changing Room and Lockers Furniture

For the supply, delivery and installation of lockers and changing room furniture.


Outdoor Furniture

For the supply, delivery and installation of outdoor based furniture.
