Description:
Award of a framework contract for “training and advice on the use of the electronic file” in the years — 2021-2027

A framework agreement is intended to entrust a company with regular introductory training, short training, workshops and infopoints on the use of the eFile (currently used software: Fabasoft eGov Suite) throughout the STMA. If necessary, qualified and individual support of the staff of the Ministry may be required to support the service desk and multipliers. If necessary, the company should also take over the invitation management for the training. In addition, advisory services are also part of the call for proposals. The framework agreement is to be designed unilaterally in a binding manner, i.e. the contractor unilaterally undertakes vis-à-vis the client to provide the contractually agreed services on call. The remuneration shall be remunerated according to the contractually agreed daily rate. The contract is to be concluded for one year. The contract is then to be renewed 5 times by one year if no cancellation option is drawn by the customer. The project description is set out in detail in the service description.
