1. The Bank grants the Ordering Party a loan in the amount of PLN 9,000,000.00 (in words: nine million, 00/100 zlotys).

2. The loan will be released in the amount of: PLN 9,000,000.00.

3. Settlements related to granting and servicing the loan will be made in Polish zlotys. The loan will be granted in Polish zlotys.

The interest rate is the sum of the WIBOR rate for one-month deposits (1M) according to the quotation from the penultimate business day preceding the day of starting the loan and a fixed margin during the term of the agreement.
