The object of the contract is the supply of incontinence equipment for the four nursing homes of the CPAS of Mouscron for a period of three years. The market is divided into two lots. The first concerns the incontinence material (changing, panties, sheet, etc.) and the second concerns pre-impregnated gloves for the residents' toilet.

The contract may be terminated at any time if the supplier does not give satisfaction after a maximum of three reminders to order by registered letter.

The market is price schedule.

The quantities included in this contract are provided for information only, so suppliers will not be entitled to any compensation if these quantities were not reached. These quantities were calculated using consumption figures for the year 2019.

By the sole fact of submitting an offer for this contract, the tenderer undertakes to be able to supply all of the items included in the bill of quantities.

The object of the contract is the supply of washcloths, soaked in a lotion, intended to carry out the complete toilet of a person without the use of water and soap and not requiring rinsing.

Gloves characteristics:

- solids;

- flexible;

- soft;

- disposable in ordinary waste;

- must be able to be reheated.

Characteristics of the lotion:

- scented;

- hypoallergenic;

- neutral pH;

- paraben free.

Conditioning

Resealable and airtight package.

The packaging must be specified in the price offer but preference is given to small packaging (+/- 8 pieces).

It must be possible to warm up the gloves in the packaging.
