2. The Contracting Authority informs that it provides for the use of optional contracts (option right), in accordance with the provisions of the model contract constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ. The contracting authority in Annex 6a-6w to the SWZ (price forms) specifies the basic level of the contract, which may be extended by increasing the quantity to 100% of the value of the basic contract.
