The subject of the order is the successive supply of fuels:
- eco-friendly diesel - standard
- Unleaded petrol Pb 95
- Unleaded petrol Pb 98
- Light heating diesel
to the PKS petrol station in Stalowa Wola S.A. in Janów Lubelski at 25d Bohaterów Porytowy Wzgórza Street and in Stalowa Wola at 30 Ofiar Katynia Street in 2024 and 2025. The supplied fuels must comply with the requirements of the Polish Standards, as well as any regulations specified in the quality requirements of liquid fuels. The supplied fuel must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels. of the Minister of Economy of 25.03.2010 on the methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels, regulations issued on the basis of Article 3(2)(1) and Article 5 of the Act of 25.08.2006. on the system for monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 1.12.2016 on the quality requirements for the
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of fuels to PKS petrol stations in Stalowa Wola S.A. located in Janów Lubelski at 25d Bohaterów Porytowy Wzgórza Street and in Stalowa Wola at 30 Ofiar Katynia Street in 2024 and 2025.
1) Paliw PKS Station in Stalowa Wola S.A. located in Janów Lubelski at 25d Herhaterów Porytowy Wzgórza Street - hereinafter referred to as Object I:
equipped with tanks:
- 2 underground tanks per Pb 95 with a capacity of 20.200 dm³ each,
- 1 underground tank on Pb 98 with a capacity of 9.800 dm³,
- 2 underground tanks per ON with a capacity of 1 x 20.000 dm³ and 1 x 19.570 dm³,
- 1 underground tank for heating diesel with a capacity of 9.950 dm³;
2) Paliw PKS Station in Stalowa Wola S.A. located in Stalowa Wola at 30 Victim Katynia Street - hereinafter referred to as Object II:
equipped with tanks:
- 1 underground tank on Pb 95 with a capacity of 10,000 dm³,
- 3 underground tanks per ON with capacity 2 x 20.000 dm³ and 1 x 10.000 dm³
- 1 underground tank for heating diesel with a capacity of 10,000 dm³.
2. Minimum volume of planned fuel orders in 2024 and 2025 in total:
Eco-friendly diesel - standard 3,200,000 liters
Unleaded petrol Pb 95 1,140,000 litres
Unleaded petrol Pb 98 75,000 litres
Light heating diesel 16,000 litres
3. Maximum volume of planned fuel orders in 2024 and 2025 combined:
Environmentally friendly diesel - standard 4,960,000 litres
Unleaded petrol Pb 95 2,120,000 litres
Unleaded petrol Pb 98 135.000 litres
Light heating diesel 32,000 liters
The quantities provided are estimates/forecast values which may be reduced or increased during the course of the Agreement depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party.
4. The Ordering Party shall not allow the offered and delivered fuel to contain products from the recycling of artificial waste.
5. The quality of the fuel supplied must ensure the operation of the engines running on the fuel concerned, irrespective of the prevailing climatic conditions, with particular regard to the seasons and transitional periods.
6. Deliveries will be made by the Contractor by road tankers equipped with legalized flow meters at the Contractor's expense and risk, in quantities, dates and parameters specified by the Contracting Authority. Road tankers must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 19 August 2011 on the carriage of dangerous goods (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2147, as amended).
7. Contractors must ensure the delivery of fuels within 48 hours of acceptance of the contract during the term of the contract.
8. The size of the one-off delivery will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party and will be specified each time in the order. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of supplying fuel by the same tanker to both petrol stations of the Ordering Party - Facilities from I to II.
9. Deliveries of fuel to the Ordering Party's tanks should be carried out by own or rented means of car transport with sealed drain valves.
10. Payment term: 60 days.
11. The Contractor is obliged to attach to each delivery a certificate (certificate) of the quality of the fuel supplied drawn up by an authorized laboratory, which must contain the basic data characterizing the fuel and must be provided with the date of the tests.
