The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the year-round performance of services and construction works on the roads:

- OUA Ożarowice, OUA Lgota: A1,

- FROM Rząsawa: DK46, DK91c,

- FROM GOATHEAD: DK91,

administered by the District in Częstochowa in the field of: current road maintenance (BUD), winter road maintenance (ZUD), ongoing maintenance of cleanliness on engineering facilities (BUM).

1. The subject of the contract covers the performance of work (specified in the Work Groups) year-round, including winter and current road maintenance, in particular:

a) from Work Groups 1-9:

- maintenance of road pavement,

- maintenance of the sides and strips of the chapter,

- maintenance of the body of the road,

- maintenance of dehydration,

- maintenance of pavements and bicycle paths,

- maintenance of the marking,

- maintenance of traffic safety equipment,

- maintenance of the aesthetics of signs, traffic safety elements and the road lane,

- maintenance of assistive devices,

b) from Work Groups 10a, 10 b and 10 c — winter road maintenance,

c) from Labour Group 11 — Contract Management,

d) from Work Group 12 — maintenance of cleanliness on engineering objects.

2. In detail, the subject of the order is described in SWZ VOLUME II-IV.

3. Deadline of implementation: from 18.12.2022 year to 17.12.2026 year. If the contract is signed after 18.12.2022, it will apply from the date of conclusion of the Agreement until 17.12.2026. The maximum total duration of the Agreement, together with the right of options referred to in § 1 (8) of the PPU (SWZ VOLUME II), shall not exceed 48 months.
