The subject of the order is the delivery, installation of 3D Volumetric Scanner in the framework of the project entitled “Intensification of scientific and research activity of the Opole University of Technology in the area of mechanical engineering”, number rej. 017/RID/2018/19, task 5. “Recollection of laboratories with modern equipment and equipment “hereinafter referred to as Equipment. Equipment factory new, inoperable and non-defective, mass-produced.
A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall be included in the OTPZ, constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
1. The object of the order is the delivery, installation of 3D Volumetric Scanner in the framework of the project entitled “Intensification of scientific and research activity of the Opole University of Technology in the area of mechanical engineering”, number rej. 017/RID/2018/19, task 5. “Refitting the laboratories with modern equipment and equipment” hereinafter referred to as Equipment. Equipment factory new, inoperable and non-defective, mass-produced.
2. Place of delivery: Opole University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Technology of Machinery and Materials Science

4. Warranty requirements:
1) The Contractor shall provide the warranty conditions set out in the warranty documents which must comply with the warranty conditions set out in paragraphs 2 to 7.
2) The warranty documents will include the factory numbers of the Equipment and the detailed warranty provisions, in accordance with the Contractor's tender offer.
3) The Contractor shall ensure that warranty repairs are performed within 21 calendar days from the date of the failure notification.
4) Replacement of Equipment for three unsuccessful repairs.
5) The Contractor shall cover all costs associated with warranty repairs (transportation, servicing, periodic reviews, costs of exchanged materials and replacement costs)
6) The Contractor shall provide guarantees for a period of 24 months. The guarantee shall begin on the date of the Parties signing a faultless receipt protocol the Contractor undertakes to accept submissions in Polish.
7) The Contractor undertakes to arrange the work of the site so that it complies with his tender offer.
8) The warranty period for the equipment will be automatically increased by the time that will pass from the time the fault is reported to start the equipment after the repair is performed.

8. Installation of equipment must include:
1) insertion into the room indicated by the contracting authority
2) Unpacking and assembly of the Equipment,
3) Installation and commissioning of the Equipment,
4) demonstrate the correctness of the operation of all subassemblies.
