The contractor will ensure that the Vinyl/safety floor/studded tiles/carpet fitting services are provided in accordance with the specification of requirements.
The contractor shall fit floor-covering ordered under this contract at any military locations, and by the dates specified in the orders. Fitting within the time specified on the orders must be regarded part of the conditions of the contract.
