South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust is carrying out a procurement exercise to establish a preferred Supplier for the Construction of a new build Integrated Care Services Hub. This is a planned 80 bed (Social Care unit) incorporating Residential, Respite, Reablement and Nursing Care beds with Day Services and office accommodation for a range of support services.
