The subject of the contract is comprehensive winter maintenance of district roads and sidewalks in the Limanowa County in the group of roads H: No. 1545 K Mokra Wieś – Łukowica, No. 1546 K Długołęka – Przyszowa and No. 1579 K Siekierczyna – Owieczka in the winter season 2023/2024, using own road equipment, protected roughening material or road salt. The aim is to ensure passability and reduce disruptions to road and pedestrian traffic flow caused by such atmospheric phenomena as: snowfall, sleet, freezing drizzle or winter slippery roadway and sidewalks in accordance with the accepted winter road maintenance standards, pavement maintenance standards and conditions resulting from the Detailed Technical Specification of comprehensive winter maintenance of district roads and sidewalks.

The scope of the order shall include in particular:

1) removing snow from the road, roadsides, sidewalks and bridge objects,

2) combating, i.e. preventing and eliminating winter slipperiness by using chemicals or materials that make the road and pavements,

3) removing the remaining snow along the sidewalks (loose snow at the curbs), from parking lots and bridges located in the routes of maintained roads,

4) making a comma in order to drain water from the stagings at the time of thawing the wells, watershed grilles,

5) spring clearing of roadways, sidewalks, bridges, paved and bituminous roadways, and rain drains in the roadway after the end of the season.

The scope of the contract includes winter maintenance of 19,185 km of district roads with adjacent pavements.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: Detailed Technical Specification (SST) of comprehensive winter maintenance of district roads and sidewalks with attachments, i.e.: standards of snow removal and sprinkling on poviat roads in the Limanowa Poviat, standards of snow removal and sprinkling sidewalks at poviat roads in the Limanowa Poviat, list of roads with mileage, detailed conditions for the use of non-chemical and chemical agents in solid form, and draft provisions of the agreement - being annexes to the SWZ
