Dematerialised restricted procedure within the Community for the defence and security sector for the acquisition of no. 1 new major hydro-oceanographic ship unit (NIOM) and its related logistic support of the integrated logistic support — temporary support. The contract is divided into 6 lots (including No. 6 as an option) divided as follows:
— lot 1, supply of the design of the naval unit NIOM,
— lot 2, supply of No. 1 NIOM Naval Unit,
— lot 3, supplying an Integrated Logistic Support for the NIOM Naval Unit,
— Lot 4, Providing a Temporary Support for the Unit naval NIOM,
— lot 5, processing and supplies “on demand” to support the NIOM program,
— lot 6, provision of a Temporary Support for the NIOM naval unit (optional).
The tender amount is 275 000 000.00 EUR + 6 000 000.00 EUR as an option. This amount includes downward costs and non-lowered costs as understated:
— downward costs for a total amount of EUR 248 517 200.00: for the acquisition of services and supplies related to the 'commercial' SdP and SDCSNT, as well as for the physical integration of the 'commercial' SDCSNT and the 'non-military' SDCSNT classified', referred to in the losts/sublots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6.1 and 6.2 (Shipyard share),
— costs not subject to lower for an amount of 32 482 800.00 EUR:
— security costs arising from the adoption of special prevention and protection measures related to presence interference risks, referred to in lot 2 (limited to the period of the end of the warranty work), lots 4, 6.1 and 6.2 (limited to maintenance activities) amounting to EUR 150 000.00,
— costs for the acquisition of the “unclassified military” SDCSNT of the supply of Leonardo SpA, referred to in the specific loots/sublots of lots 1 and 2 (Leonardo Quota) amounting to 23 518 039.17 EUR,
— costs for the acquisition of workings and supplies “on demand” to support of the NIOM programme referred to in Lot 5 and Sublot 6.3 (as an option) amounting to EUR 8 814 760.83.
