The subject of the contract is: RENTAL AND SERVICE SERVICE OF SANITARY CABINS, WASHBASINS, KITCHEN CONTAINERS AND SHOWER AND WASHBASIN CONTAINERS.

The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the contract constitute Annex 1 to the SWZ. The order is not divided into parts. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ. Place of implementation: Garnizon Toruń (Toruń, Włocławek, Chorągiewka, Poligon) and Garnizon Inowrocław (Latkowo, Łojewo, Inowrocław). At the moment, there is no exact location where the exercises of military units planning exercises in the Toruń and Inowrocław Garrison in 2024 will take place. The contracting authority requires the submission of a bid for the entire assortment falling within the basic scope and the right of option.

The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the contract constitute Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract consisting in the rental and maintenance of portable sanitary cabins, washbasins, kitchen containers and shower and washbasin containers for the needs of military units in the Toruń and Inowrocław Garrison. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to:• organize transport, setting up cabins / washbasins / kitchen containers / shower and washbasin containers in places indicated by the Ordering Party, taking into account road safety conditions, within 48 hours of placing the order;• compliance with occupational health and safety rules;• filling tanks with clean water;• washing, cleaning cabins / containers under pressure inside and outside; and disinfection of interiors with the use of cleaning agents each time during the performance of the service;• repair or possible replacement of damaged during operation cabins / washbasins / kitchen containers and shower and washbasin containers;• arranging the area around the cabins / washbasins / containers from impurities arising in connection with their service;• removal of liquid waste (sewage) guaranteeing proper use of cabins and not overfilling tanks with impurities. The contractor will transport the waste arising during the performance of the contract to the sewage treatment plants with which it has signed contracts and in accordance with its concessions and permits. In the case of sanitary cabins, the Contractor will fill the emptied and washed waste containers with a disinfectant preventing odours and inhibiting the decomposition of faeces, and in winter also with frost-resistant liquid; • systematic replenishment of paper, paper towels and disinfectant liquids as needed (during service operations). Supplemented hygiene products and disinfectant liquids must have certificates for use on the territory of the Republic of Poland;• tidying up the area around cabins / washbasins / kitchen containers / shower and washbasin containers (after dismantling);• removal and disposal of all contaminants resulting from the services carried out;• keeping a register of confirmations of container handling and waste disposal;• securing containers with hot water 24 hours a day, so that containers can be also used in winter;• round-the-clock service performed by the Contractor's employees in every place;• cleaning of indoor and outdoor bathing cabins within a radius of 1.5 m from the external planes at each service;• safe, compliant with applicable regulations, storage of fuel necessary for the operation of equipment;• possible repairs of containers damaged during operation; Service provided from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 The contracting authority provides for the right of option (optional contract) referred to in Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law in the proceedings in question. If, during the execution of the contract, it turns out that the Ordering Party has the financial resources and the need to hire a larger number of shower and washbasin containers, sanitary cabins, field washbasins and kitchen containers in relation to those provided for in the basic scope of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the right of option and rent shower and washbasin containers, sanitary cabins, field washbasins and containers along with the current service kitchen, in accordance with the concluded contract, for which the Contractor will be entitled to separate remuneration. The exercise of the right of option will consist in increasing the amount of assortment under the concluded Agreement, by submitting by the Ordering Party a unilateral statement - an order in writing. The basis for determining the value of the Contractor's remuneration under the option right will be the unit prices indicated in the Contractor's offer. The contracting authority guarantees performance of the subject of the contract at the level of 35% of the basic scope.
