The subject of the procurement are structural engineering services for a new building at the Asklepios Klinik St. Georg in Hamburg. The basic services of service phases 1 - 6 are commissioned in accordance with §§ 8, 51 Annex 14.1 HOAI 2013.

The new building is to house a reprocessing unit for medical devices on a base floor. Fast-track operating theaters and ENT functional diagnostics are to be accommodated on the ground floor. The 1st floor is intended for an intensive care unit. The building is to receive a partial basement for technical rooms. It must be planned so that it can be increased / expanded if necessary. Realization is expected to take place between mid-2021 and mid-2023.
